MD Bookkeeping Solutions provides bookkeeping, CIS returns, VAT and self-assessment services to UK construction trades. You can reach us on 020 4524 0754 or mdbookkeepingsolutions1@gmail.com.

The enquiry form on this site collects your name, email address, optional phone number, trade and message. We use those details only to reply to you about your books. Your enquiry is stored in our own database so we can answer you.

When we run adverts on Google, we want to know whether someone who clicked an advert actually sent us an enquiry. For that we use Google's measurement tools (a Google tag and a conversion marker called “Enquiry sent”).

What Google receives: that a visit came from one of our adverts, the pages you viewed on this site, your browser and device details, and a marker when an enquiry was sent. No message text, name or email address is sent to Google.

Who receives it: Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) under its own privacy terms — see Google’s privacy statement.

Purposes: measuring whether our adverts work, and showing our adverts to people more likely to need bookkeeping.

Permission: visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Quebec are asked before Google measures them. If you are elsewhere, ordinary measurement applies without a box, and you can still opt out through your browser's advertising settings.

Click Cookie settings in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. Saying no is as easy as saying yes. If you refuse, Google does not store data about your visit for advertising, and we simply do not count your enquiry as coming from an advert.

When you choose, we keep a record of what you were shown, the date and time, and what you answered, so we can prove your choice.

You can ask us for a copy of the enquiry details we hold, or ask us to delete them, by emailing mdbookkeepingsolutions1@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
